How to Send Money with Zelle® in the USB Mobile App
Log into the USB Mobile App
Tap “+” at the bottom of the screen, then select the Zelle® icon

Zelle® QR Codes in USB Mobile
Send money faster and have peace of mind knowing you are sending money to the right person, without typing an email address or U.S. mobile number. Zelle® QR codes also make requesting and receiving money easy.
Step 1: Open the USB Mobile App
Find Zelle®, click “Send Money with Zelle®,” and then click on the QR code icon displayed at the top of the “Select Recipient” screen.
Step 2: Start Using Zelle® QR Code
Sending money is fast. Simply point your mobile phone camera at the recipient’s Zelle® QR code, enter the amount you want to send, click “Send” and the money is on the way!
Receiving money is also simple. From the “Select Recipient” screen, click the “My Code” tab to see your Zelle® QR code and use the print or share icon to text, email or print your Zelle® QR code.

How does Zelle® work?
When you enroll with Zelle® through your USB Mobile App, your name, the name of your bank/credit union, and the email address or U.S. mobile number you enrolled is shared with Zelle® (no sensitive account details are shared – those stay with Union Savings Bank). When someone sends money to your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number, Zelle® looks up the email address or mobile number in its “directory” and notifies Union Savings Bank of the incoming payment. Union Savings Bank then directs the payment into your Union Savings Bank account, all while keeping your sensitive account details private.

Keeping your money and information safe is a top priority for Union Savings Bank. When you use Zelle® within our mobile app, your information is protected with the same technology we use to keep your Union Savings Bank account safe.
