Does Union Savings Bank offer a business checking account that comes with free transactions?

Can I make deposits to my Union Savings account from my office?

Yes, there are two ways:
– Download the USB Business Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play
– Use USB Remote Check Deposit which allows you to scan checks from a special desktop scanner. Find out more

Is there a cash handling fee?

No, we do not charge our customers to count the cash in their deposit.

How does remote check deposit work?

Remote check deposit is a web-based system integrated with our Business Online Banking Plus platform that allows business customers to deposit checks remotely from their office using a check scanner.

Business Relationship Checking monthly service fee waived if $25,000 minimum daily balance is maintained. First two months are free for new customers only. USB Advantage Business Checking service fee waived if Average Monthly Ledger Balance of $35,000.00 or combined Deposit and Loan balances of $50,000.00 are maintained -or- enrolled in USB Merchant Services and USB Business Credit Card. Monthly service fee is waived for the first month for new USB Advantage Business Checking customers only. The qualification period to waive the USB Advantage Business Checking monthly service fee is defined as the day after the statement date through three business days prior to the current statement date. The combined balances are calculated by adding the monthly average balance of all deposit accounts and the current balance of all outstanding business loans. The Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the USB Advantage Business Checking account must also be the TIN of all deposit and loan accounts.

1 Additional transactions are $0.50 each. Transactions include checks, ACH withdrawals including automatic bill payment transactions, point of sale, phone/internet/automated transfers, deposits including the deposit ticket and checks in the deposit, and direct deposits

3 Business Relationship Checking customers are eligible for a no service fee Preferred Business Savings Account; if no Business Relationship Checking account, the service fee is $10.00 per statement cycle

4 A separate application is required. Subject to credit approval. The creditor and issuer of the USB Business Credit card is Elan Financial Services, pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A Inc.
