Danbury, CONN. (December 11, 2019) – Union Savings Bank today announces the addition of Raymond Michaud as Mortgage Loan Originator. Michaud will be responsible for the origination of residential mortgages for purchase, home refinancing and construction/rehab loans as well as assisting first-time homebuyers with their loan processes.
Raymond’s experience working with customers and working through the mortgage process will be the perfect addition to our Mortgages and Lending team,” said Robert Monti, Senior Vice President, Residential and Consumer Lending, at Union Savings Bank. “With more than a decade of experience, Raymond is not short on the skills needed to succeed in this role.”
Michaud will bring his specialty in managing residential mortgages as well as his skilled administration of streamlining the underwriting and processing protocols to the table. He has worked with numerous community banks and brings with him the experience needed to exceed the expectation of Union Savings Bank’s customers.
Michaud is heavily involved in the community arts programs as a union member of the Actors’ Equity Association (AEA) and the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). He is currently a professional actor, singer and voice-over talent member.
Before joining Union Savings Bank, Michaud served as a Mortgage Account Officer for People’s United Bank in Bridgeport, Connecticut. At People’s United Bank, he managed originating residential mortgages covering the market areas of Lower Fairfield Country area. He also represented the bank and presented at meetings of multiple local Boards of Realtors as well as at local networking groups.
