Danbury, CONN. (April 14, 2022) – Union Savings Bank (USB) announces that Jeff McDonough has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Community Relations and will join the bank’s Executive Management Committee. He will also continue to serve as a member of the bank’s Management Council. The announcement was made at a recent USB Board of Trustees meeting.
McDonough, whose experience in human resources within the healthcare and banking industries spans 37 years, joined USB in 2015 as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Since that time, he has provided oversight to several departments including Human Resources, Learning & Development and Community Relations.

McDonough holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York College at Oswego. He is a Board member of the Union Savings Bank Foundation and serves as the Chairman of the Board for Ann’s Place, Danbury, CT, a community-based cancer support center. McDonough is also a Board member of CityCenter Danbury. He currently resides in Poughkeepsie, NY.
